Set Apart Singles Collective
Many of us look around our churches and wonder where all the singles are in our age group. They could be at other churches in the area but we consistently go to our own church and serve there. We also tend to stick to the same routine that doesn’t have us out meeting new people in real life.

Our friends have already married and had kids and we tend to go out and do stuff alone because who would we invite?! Online dating just doesn’t bring in the right kind of people…we find ourselves wishing we could just meet someone in the middle of everyday life…but how does one go about doing that these days?!

This group was created as a way for Christian singles to meet up in person across Central NY. Over time members have wanted to join all across the state so I have expanded the group and am looking for admins to lead the different regions of NY State.

The important part is this group is a fun, low pressure way, to meet new people and make new Christian friends. Maybe through lots of meet ups and getting to know someone you’ll hit it off, maybe not. Some people have mentioned they aren’t looking to date right now and that’s ok too.
